- May 3, 2007 - The Natural Resource Enteprises workshop held in Tylertown MS drew 26 attendees from south Mississippi. A tour of Mr. Zaunbrecher’s property to view habitat management was held in the afternoon. View photos from this workshop.
- March 20, 2007 - Natural Resource Enterprises workshop held in Cato, MS and Springwater Ranch. View photos from this workshop.
- October 20, 2006 - Fifty-four landowners attended the workshop in Raymond, MS, hailing from 13 counties in Mississippi. Presentations on habitat mangement, managing a bed and breakfast, agritourism, marketing, legal liability, others were given. View photos from the workshop.
- A waterfowl demonstration field day was held at Charleston Farms in Charleston, MS in October 2006. Landowners had the opportunity to learn to manage moist-soil habitats for the benefit of waterfowl and how to incorporate agricultural plantings in wetland systems to benefit habitat features and increase attractiveness to waterfowl. They also learned about the legal means of manipulating native plants to increase waterfowl abundance, how to incorporate proven wetland management techniques to provide ideal waterfowl feeding and roosting areas, and how to better manage forested wetlands for waterfowl habitat. - May 23, 2006 - Sixty-five attendees from 15 different MS counties and the state of Louisiana attended the workshop at Mallard Lodge, owned by Jack Branning, near Rolling Fork, MS. View photos from the workshop.
- March 2, 2006. The University of Arkansas and Mississippi State University,
working with other partner organizations, held a workshop
in Lake Village, Arkansas at Lake Hall Farm, owned by Johnny Currie. Sixty-three
landowners from Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and

- March 23, 2006 - A workshop was held in Kilmichael, MS at Cypress Lodge Outfitters, owned and operated by Wade Henson. Fifty-eight landowners from 23 Mississippi counties as well as

- October 2005 - the workshop in Como, MS was a great success. Seventy-five participants and landowners attended this event.
